Bobby Brown is "extremely disappointed" after hearing that several members of Whitney Houston's family do not want him to attend the singer's funeral ... Sources close to Bobby say ... people connected to the Houston family have reached out to Bobby to warn him that he shouldn't attempt to attend the funeral because the family isn't fond of him. Bobby has not received any OFFICIAL word from the family about his invite status. 

Blake Lively got a restraining order against a fan she claims was lurking around the set of "Gossip Girl" -- a fan who claims to have a "metaphysical" connection with the actress and was there "to help me heal."  The fan -- Sergei Mifle -- allegedly made repeated contact with Blake's mom, telling her he was "deeply concerned" about her daughter and claimed he needed to help her because she was troubled.

Rumer Willis' Hollywood Hills home has been burglarized ... and the thieves made off with roughly $10,000 in stolen goods. Law enforcement sources say ... Rumer's house is under construction and currently unoccupied.  So far all cops know is that in the last 24 hours, someone entered through an outside gate ... slicing through a lock with a blow torch type device. The burglar entered the home and snatched up roughly $10,000 of the contractor's tools ... before taking off.

Lindsay Lohan and tax liens go together like Lindsay Lohan and arrests, probation violation hearings, lawsuits, mug shots and see-through shirts. Seems LiLo has given Uncle Sam the slip one more time. According to docs Lindsay never paid federal income taxes for 2010 ... to the tune of $140,203.30. Lindsay never cut the government a check for the $93,701.57 she was supposed to pay in federal taxes for 2009 either. she previously blamed her accountants for the 2009 debacle ... so it's probably safe to say they're gonna get the blame for the 2010 screw up as well.  

Following the tragic miscarriage of their 20th child in December, Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar say that they’re not giving up, and they hope and pray that they will have a 21st baby. Michelle said “We would love another gift if God saw to it,” The 19 Kids and Counting season premiere is next Tuesday at 9/8c on TLC.
